Managing Partner

Cyril partners with companies in special situations. He is an expert in turnaround and divestment strategies. He supports investors in managing their portfolio. Prior to founding CVT Partners, he assumed various mandates at Nomura (ex-Greentech Capital Advisors) and KPMG in Europe. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Clément Richard

Partner

Clément supports innovative companies in fitting their market, adjusting their business model, and accessing capital. Prior to joining CVT Partners, he assumed various mandates at Credit Suisse and UBS in derivatives. He holds an Msc from EM Lyon Business School.
